MariMed announces special shareholder meeting on reverse stock split proposal

MariMed will hold a virtual special meeting of stockholders on Oct. 28, 2026.
Investors will vote on a proposed reverse stock split of the company’s common stock.
Board would control split ratio and fractional share treatment
The board would be authorized to set the split ratio between 1-for-50 and 1-for-100.
Fractional shares would be cashed out if the reverse split is implemented.
