Maris-Tech held its annual and special shareholder meeting on Aug. 17, 2026.
- Shareholders authorized the reappointment of Kost, Forer, Gabbay & Kasierer, an Ernst & Young member firm, as independent auditor.
- Shareholders backed the reappointment of Amitay Weiss and Naama Falach-Avrahamy as Class II directors for a three-year term.
- Resolutions to grant equity-based compensation to non-executive directors, CEO Israel Bar, and Chairman Amitay Weiss were adopted.
- Separate resolutions approving a one-time bonus and an annual bonus plan for Weiss were adopted.
