Maris-Tech proposes NIS 80,000 one-time cash bonus for Chairman Amitay Weiss

An annual bonus plan for Weiss was proposed, with yearly targets to be set by the board; it includes discretion to award up to one month’s pay.
Equity awards were also proposed:
- Weiss RSUs covering 110,207 ordinary shares, vesting quarterly through June 30, 2027.
- CEO Israel Bar RSUs covering 251,902 ordinary shares, vesting quarterly through June 30, 2027; fully diluted stake cited at about 15.58%.
- Non-executive directors proposed RSUs totaling 106,485 ordinary shares; Ofer Sella is also slated for options covering 7,500 ordinary shares.
Shareholder vote on compensation items
Maris Tech set an Aug. 17, 2026 shareholder vote on new compensation items for chairman Amitay Weiss, including a one-time bonus of NIS 80,000.
