Marriott International opened the 310-room Moxy Niseko Village in Hokkaido, marking Moxy’s debut in Japan’s alpine resort market.
The hotel offers direct ski-in/ski-out access at Niseko Village, positioning the brand in a high-demand, year-round leisure destination.
The property sits next to the Niseko Village Gondola; a new eight-person gondola is slated for December 2026 to boost lift capacity.
The opening lifts Moxy’s Japan footprint to five hotels, extending its presence beyond Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto.
