Marriott International signed an agreement with Özak GYO to develop The Ritz-Carlton, Kemer, All-Inclusive resort in Antalya, Türkiye.
- Planned opening in 2028, marking Marriott’s first luxury all-inclusive property in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Project scope includes 141 guestrooms and suites, with villas, positioned on more than 1.2 kilometers of coastline.
- Servotel advised on the transaction, bringing together Özak GYO and Marriott for their first collaboration.
