Marriott signs deal to open 522-room all-inclusive resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica in 2028

Marriott International signed two all-inclusive resort agreements with Catalonia Hotels for projects in Montego Bay, Jamaica, and Zanzibar, Tanzania.
The Montego Bay deal covers conversion of the former Catalonia Montego Bay into a 522-room Marriott-branded all-inclusive resort, targeted to open in 2028.
The Zanzibar deal covers a 271-room new-build Autograph Collection all-inclusive resort, targeted to open in 2027.
The agreements extend Marriott’s all-inclusive development pipeline across the Caribbean and EMEA regions.
