- Marriott signed a multi-property agreement with Blacksand in Q2 2026 to develop 10 hotels in Saudi Arabia over four years.

- Design Hotels agreed to add 18 Palisociety-operated properties across 10 U.S. destinations, representing more than 1,000 rooms.

- Marriott agreed to bring The Luxury Collection to Lake Tegernsee in Germany, with a 119-key resort planned to open in 2029.
