Marriott signs deal with Misr Italia, People & Places for nine Egypt hotels and residences over 1,500 keys
MAR•Projects span multiple Egyptian destinations
Projects include Ras El Hekma, West Cairo, Ain Sokhna and East Cairo, combining hotels with branded residences in several locations.
The deal builds on a 2022 signing for Marriott Executive Apartments and Westin Residences within Misr Italia’s Il Bosco project in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital.
Marriott expands in Egypt with nine-hotel deal
Marriott signed an agreement with Misr Italia Properties and People & Places to develop nine hotels, resorts and residences across Egypt.
The pipeline totals more than 1,500 keys across coastal and urban destinations, spanning brands such as Ritz-Carlton, Luxury Collection and Autograph Collection.
