Martin Midstream Q2 FY26 net income turns to USD 2.6 million; revenue rises to USD 213.6 million

It kept full-year 2026 Adjusted EBITDA guidance at $90 million. Total debt was about $462 million with $48.3 million of revolver liquidity.
Second-quarter results improve on a year earlier
Martin Midstream Partners posted GAAP net income of $2.6 million for the second quarter, swinging from a loss a year earlier.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) edged up to $27.9 million from $27.1 million, as strength in three segments offset fertilizer weakness.
Revenue climbed 18.22% to $213.6 million, driven by higher Specialty Products revenue.
