Marvion FY26 first-half net income rises 52.37% to $174,891; revenue climbs 21% to $1.86 million

Marvion posted first-half revenue of $1.86 million, up 21%, and net income of $174,891, up 52.37%.
Operating cash flow rose to $512,412 from $122,894, and cash and cash equivalents totaled $669,547 at June 30.
Procurement revenue and financing outlook
Procurement revenue reached $173,257 after the trading/procurement business began generating revenue in April.
CEO/CFO Chan Sze Yu said the company is evaluating financing alternatives, with a $3.89 million working-capital deficit and a going-concern uncertainty.
