Marwynn Holdings signs MOU with OmniX Technologies to explore AI and high-performance computing cooperation
MWYN•Marwynn Holdings signed an Oct. 8, 2026, MOU with Singapore-based OmniX Technologies to evaluate cooperation in AI, computing infrastructure and data analytics. The evaluation may run for up to 18 months, with no commitment to complete a transaction.
1. Cooperation under evaluation
The MOU covers potential high-performance computing for OmniX workloads, joint AI services and expansion in the Caribbean and Latin America. The parties will also assess real-world asset issuance, custody, trading and settlement infrastructure, with potential distribution through the OmniX platform. Preferred-supplier terms in licensed markets are subject to a right-of-first-offer process, and the MOU can be terminated on 30 days’ notice; it does not commit either party to invest, issue securities, acquire assets or complete a definitive transaction.
