MasTec prices USD 650 million 5.85% senior notes due 2036

MasTec priced a public offering of USD 650 million of 5.850% senior unsecured notes due 2036, issued Aug. 17, 2026.

• Interest is payable March 30 and Sept. 30, starting March 30, 2027; the notes mature Sept. 30, 2036.
• The notes rank pari passu with other senior unsecured debt; they are effectively subordinated to secured debt and structurally subordinated to subsidiary obligations.
• MasTec retains the option to redeem the 2036 Senior Notes in whole or in part at prices set in the indenture.
