MHH•Mastech Digital 10% owner Steven A. Shaw purchased 4,700 common shares for a total of $30,026 through the Rachel Lynn Shaw Trust.
1. Share purchases
The trust bought 2,500 shares at $6.44 each and another 2,200 shares at $6.33. Its holdings rose to 59,700 common shares, while Shaw directly owns 1,310,100 common shares.
