Matador Resources named Bryan A. Erman to assume Co-President duties following Van H. Singleton II’s retirement on Sept. 9, 2026.
Erman has served as Co-President, Chief Legal Officer, Head of M&A since June 2025.
Land and transaction responsibilities reassigned
Land, acquisitions, divestitures responsibilities shifted to Jonathan J. Filbert, Executive Vice President – Land since October 2023.
