- Deal includes 16,235 net undeveloped acres in Eddy and Lea counties, New Mexico; third-quarter output estimated at about 11,100 BOE/day, 57% oil.
- Paloma package carries $816 million PV-10 as of May 31, 2026; proved reserves of 55 million BOE; expected to close in Q4 2026.
