Mattel names Steve Totzke president and chief operating officer
MAT•Mattel appointed Steve Totzke president and chief operating officer, effective November 11, 2026, to oversee its global brand portfolio, commercial operations, and consumer products and experiences. Roberto Stanichi will step down November 10 to pursue another opportunity.

Mattel said Totzke, who has been president and executive advisor since May 2026, will take the newly created role on November 11. He previously oversaw global sales as president and chief commercial officer. Stanichi, president and chief marketing and brand officer, will step down the day before.
