Maybank signs five-year ServiceNow deal to strengthen regional banking resilience
NOW•Maybank entered a five-year agreement with ServiceNow to expand its regional Resilience Operations Centre, starting in Malaysia and Singapore before expanding to Indonesia.
1. Regional rollout
Maybank will deploy ServiceNow’s AI platform in Malaysia and Singapore before expanding to Indonesia over the five-year program. The platform will integrate technology operations to help predict operational risks before they affect banking services.
2. AI expertise
An internal Centre of Excellence, supported by ServiceNow University, will develop platform engineering, automation and AI expertise. Maybank will also participate in ServiceNow’s NowNext AI program to support development of advanced AI and agentic AI applications for banking operations.
