MAZE•Maze Therapeutics plans to present previously reported Phase 2 HORIZON results for MZE829 in APOL1-mediated kidney disease, with added detail, at ASN Kidney Week on Oct. 21-25, 2026. The company will also show preclinical work on MZE782.

Maze Therapeutics flagged presentations on its kidney pipeline at ASN Kidney Week, scheduled for Oct. 21-25, 2026. Previously reported Phase 2 HORIZON results for MZE829 in APOL1-mediated kidney disease will be presented again with added detail; the update pointed to encouraging clinical activity and continued development of the program.
2. Preclinical research
Separate preclinical work on MZE782 will be shown, backing SLC6A19 inhibition as a potential approach in chronic kidney disease.
