McEwen Copper, a 46.3%-owned affiliate of McEwen Inc., closed a US$240 million senior secured 4-year term loan.
Proceeds target engineering, early works for Argentina’s Los Azules copper project, and general corporate purposes.
The facility carries 12% annual interest, payable monthly, with principal due at maturity.
