1. Quarterly results and outlook
Higher rental operations, particularly at Mobile Modular and TRS-RenTelco, drove revenue growth, with strong TRS-RenTelco demand from data center buildout projects contributing to results. Q3 net income was $48.80 million and EPS was $2. The company lowered its 2026 total revenue outlook from $955 million-$985 million to $945 million-$960 million, citing weaker Mobile Modular equipment sales, and now expects gross rental equipment capital expenditures of $270 million-$290 million, up from $200 million-$220 million. Lower rental revenues and higher costs in Portable Storage pressured margins.
