Non-GAAP adjusted diluted EPS climbed 20% to $9.93, supported by operational growth in North American Pharmaceutical and Oncology & Multispecialty.

McKesson raised its full-year non-GAAP adjusted diluted EPS outlook to $44.20-$45.00.
The quarterly dividend was increased 15% to $0.94 per share.

Cash used in operations was $220 million, driving negative free cash flow of $372 million; McKesson returned to shareholders.
