U.S. drug distributor McKesson said on Tuesday it would buy clinical research and biopharma commercialization services provider Precision Medicine Group in a deal valued at about $2.25 billion.
The acquisition will expand McKesson's clinical research and commercialization capabilities and broaden its offerings to biopharma customers.
