MediaCo's EstrellaTV posted a 14% year-over-year P18-49 prime-time audience gain in 2025, led by a 57% increase in 4Q25—its strongest annual growth since 2011. MediaCo also launched Sigma Audio Networks LLC to reach 150 million multicultural consumers through a single, scalable national ad-buy platform.

1. EstrellaTV Records Unprecedented Prime-Time Audience Surge

MediaCo Holding Inc. reported that its EstrellaTV network achieved a historic 14% year-over-year increase in Adults 18–49 prime-time viewership for 2025, marking the first annual prime-time gain since 2018. This performance more than doubles the previous record annual gain of 6%, based on 16 years of January–December Nielsen Panel Only data. Quarterly trends were equally notable: 2Q25 delivered a 23% increase versus 2Q24, 3Q25 posted a modest 0.3% gain, and 4Q25 achieved a 57% jump—the largest quarterly rise in network history. Month-to-month consistency was strong, with 9 of the last 13 months showing positive year-over-year growth in the key 7–11 p.m. slot, including two consecutive Decembers of gains. Late-night programming also excelled in December, as Noticiero Cierre de Edición averaged 35,200 Adults 18–49 viewers at 10 p.m., while the 11 p.m.–1 a.m. block, led by Alarma TV and Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento, posted the highest delivery of the quarter.

2. Sigma Audio Networks Launches to Unify Multicultural Audio Buying

MediaCo today unveiled Sigma Audio Networks LLC, a national audio platform designed to simplify and scale multicultural radio and digital audio advertising. The network unites legacy brands such as WBLS-FM, HOT97, Que Buena Los Angeles and the Don Cheto Radio Network under a single buying vehicle targeting Hispanic, Black, Asian American and bicultural audiences. By consolidating premium programming, digital streams and live events, Sigma provides advertisers with unified reach to over 150 million multicultural consumers.
