MediciNova says it has reached its 200-patient target enrollment in the NIH-funded SEANOBI-ALS expanded-access study of MN-166 (ibudilast) in ALS.
The program supplies MN-166 to ALS patients who are ineligible for ongoing randomized clinical trials under the ACT for ALS initiative.
Final patient follow-ups are projected to end in early 2027, with data analysis planned to support scientific presentations and peer-reviewed publications.
