1. Nasdaq compliance deadlines
Nasdaq notified Medirom that it had not met the $1.00 minimum bid price rule after 31 straight business days below that level. The company has until April 5, 2027, to regain compliance by having its ADS close at or above $1.00 for 10 consecutive business days. Failure to meet the deadline could result in an additional 180-day extension or delisting from the Nasdaq Capital Market. Separately, Nasdaq gave Medirom until Nov. 11, 2026, to regain compliance over a late Form 20-F filing.
