MEDIROM Partners with Tools for Humanity, Projects $39M Pre-Tax Income Over Two Years
MEDIROM Healthcare Technologies launched a Master Service Agreement with Tools for Humanity effective February 2, installing Orbs at over 150 Re.Ra.Ku locations. The company projects pre-tax income of approximately USD 39 million (JPY 6.10 billion) over two years if it expands Orb deployments to about 3,000 nationwide sites.

MEDIROM Healthcare Technologies entered a Master Service Agreement with Tools for Humanity and World Foundation effective February 2, 2026, to deploy Orb authentication terminals across its wellness network.
2. Current Deployment and Usage
Orbs are currently installed at more than 150 Re.Ra.Ku relaxation studio locations operated by the MEDIROM Group, with cumulative authentications exceeding 20,000 to date.
3. Income Projection and Expansion Plan
Based on existing authentication performance, MEDIROM estimates generating approximately USD 39 million (JPY 6.10 billion) in pre-tax income over the next two years by expanding Orb installations to about 3,000 locations nationwide.
