Medtronic announces annual shareholder meeting

Medtronic will hold its annual general meeting in Galway, Ireland on Oct. 15, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on electing 12 director nominees.

Items include auditor ratification for fiscal 2027, an advisory vote on executive pay, renewed share issuance authority, and pre-emption opt-out renewal.

The vote will also cover authorization for overseas market purchases of up to 127,998,086 ordinary shares.
