Medtronic corrects MiniMed exchange offer prospectus guaranteed delivery deadline to 5 p.m. NY time

The deadline to deliver shares and required tender documents is 5:00 p.m. New York time on the second NYSE trading day.
The prospectus had incorrectly stated the delivery deadline as 12:00 midnight at the end of that second trading day.
Corrected guaranteed delivery timing in MiniMed exchange offer prospectus
Medtronic corrected a typo in its Sept. 14, 2026 prospectus for the MiniMed exchange offer, updating guaranteed delivery timing.
Notices of guaranteed delivery still must reach the exchange agent by 12:00 midnight New York time on the offer’s expiration date.
