MeiraGTx will present four research posters at the ESGCT congress and NEALS annual meeting, both scheduled for October 27-30, 2026. Results for AAV-NRF2, which protected retinal cells from oxidative damage in preclinical dry AMD models, are scheduled for presentation October 29.
Optimized AAV-hUPF1 improved neuronal function in patient-derived cells and motor neuron survival in an ALS mouse model. The findings, scheduled for presentation October 28, also include early expression studies supporting development of AAV-hCNTFRα.
Additional ESGCT posters cover analytical methods intended to support gene therapy product characterization, quality control and future commercial licensing.
