Melco Resorts Q2 FY26 net income rises to US$ 22.7 million; revenue falls 6% to US$ 1.25 billion

Melco Resorts posted Q2 2026 operating revenues of US$1.25 billion, down about 6% year over year.
Net income attributable to shareholders rose to US$22.7 million, or US$0.06 per ADS.
Adjusted Property EBITDA fell to US$303.8 million from a year earlier.
Property performance and outlook
City of Dreams revenue slid to US$632.2 million; adjusted EBITDA dropped to US$147.8 million on softer rolling chip and mass table play.
Lawrence Ho said the REM hotel will begin a phased opening in Q3 2026; Cyprus property EBITDA grew 60% year over year.
