FirstService Residential named Melissa Ramsey as Vice President, Developer & Builder Solutions, reporting to Ray Tate and overseeing budget development, governance documentation, and community launches. Melissa Ramsey has rejoined FirstService Residential as Vice President, Developer & Builder Solutions, reporting directly to Ray Tate. In this role she will oversee planning, budget development, governance documentation, operational frameworks and association launches for real estate developers and homebuilders.

Ramsey began her career with the company in 2011, progressing through roles from Community Manager to Vice President of Community & Lifestyle Services. She holds CMCA, AMS, LSM and PCAM designations and served as 2025 President of CAI National and a board member of CAI–South Carolina.
