Mercado Libre delivered Q4 net revenue and financial income of $8.8 billion, a 45% year-over-year increase, with income from operations of $889 million (10.1% margin) and net income of $559 million (6.4% margin). Full-year 2025 revenue rose 39% to cap a year of sustained momentum.

2. Commerce Business

The commerce segment generated $5.0 billion in net revenue, up 40% YoY, as Gross Merchandise Volume reached $19.9 billion, a 37% increase. Unique buyers climbed to 83 million, driven by investments in free shipping, expanded assortment and an accelerated fulfillment network across Brazil, Mexico and Argentina.

3. Fintech Segment

Fintech monthly active users grew 27% YoY to 78 million, while assets under management rose 78% to $19 billion. The credit portfolio expanded 90% YoY to $12.5 billion, maintaining a 4.4% 15-90 day NPL, reflecting successful risk management and strong customer adoption.

4. Strategic Investments and Leadership

Strategic investments in AI-powered bidding, automated campaigns and free-shipping threshold reductions enhanced market share gains and operational efficiency. Ariel Szarfsztejn officially assumed the CEO role on January 1, 2026, completing the leadership transition and positioning the company for further growth.
