Mercantile Bank raises quarterly cash dividend to $0.40 a share

The new payout represents a 2.6% increase from the second-quarter 2026 dividend and a 5.3% increase from the third-quarter 2025 dividend.
The company cited an annual yield of about 2.8% based on the new payout level.

Mercantile Bank declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per common share for the third quarter of 2026.
The dividend is payable Sept. 16, 2026 to shareholders of record Sept. 4, 2026.
