2. Capacity and Efficiency Boost
Mercury will establish a parallel dry film solder mask manufacturing line at its Phoenix facility to increase capacity and efficiency as programs ramp into higher-rate production.
3. Defense Program Support
SolderMask’s specialized processes have been integral to more than 20 Mercury programs—including the U.S. Army’s LTAMDS and various Common Processing Architecture initiatives—applying dry film solder mask to over 50,000 components with consistently high quality.
