Meridian Holdings named Zoran Milošević chief executive, replacing interim CEO William Scott; Milošević has led Meridianbet for more than 18 years.
Scott shifted to chief financial officer while remaining board chairman; he is a South African chartered accountant with 35 years in financial management.
Michael Prescott joined the board as an independent director on the audit committee; he previously served as general counsel at GTECH and IGT.
Chief Financial Officer Rich Christensen will leave the company.
