Meridian Holdings promoted Zhe “Scott” Yan to chief accounting officer, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, effective Oct. 2, 2026.

1. Leadership change

Yan previously served as Meridian Holdings’ financial accounting manager and as a financial consultant since 2019. William Scott stepped down as principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, effective Oct. 2, 2026. Yan is a licensed CPA in Australia, passed CFA Program Level II and holds master’s degrees from the University of Sydney and UNSW Sydney.
