MMSI•Merit Medical Systems bought the remaining Solo Pace equity for $45 million on Oct. 13, 2026. The acquisition is projected to be immaterial to 2026 revenue and non-GAAP earnings, slightly dilutive to 2027 GAAP earnings, and slightly accretive to 2027 non-GAAP earnings.
Merit Medical Systems said it acquired Solo Pace, expanding its cardiac therapies platform with TAVR pacing technology. It bought the remaining Solo Pace equity for $45 million on Oct. 13, 2026. The company projects the acquisition will be immaterial to full-year 2026 total revenue, non-GAAP net income and non-GAAP EPS; slightly dilutive to GAAP net income and GAAP EPS in 2027; and slightly accretive to 2027 non-GAAP net income and non-GAAP EPS.
