Meritage Homes published its 2025 Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility Data Update, including TCFD metrics and a SASB index.
The company said it is shifting to comprehensive sustainability reporting every two years, with a concise annual data update in interim years.
Key points in the update include:
- About 156,000 ENERGY STAR certified homes delivered from 2009-2025; nearly 14,500 delivered in 2025.
- Average HERS Index improved to 48; homes delivered in 2025 were 52% more energy-efficient than a typical 2006 home.
- 93% of 2025 deliveries priced below FHA loan limits; AvidCX customer satisfaction rating of 95.9% versus a 90.2% peer average.
