Meta Platforms completed a $15 billion offering of senior notes on November 5, 2026. The offering included $3.25 billion of 5.85% notes due 2031 and $3.25 billion of 6.25% notes due 2033, along with $4 billion of 6.55% notes due 2036. It also included $1.75 billion of 7.35% notes due 2046 and $2.75 billion of 7.5% notes due 2056.
