The space integrates AI glasses from Oakley and Ray-Ban alongside VR headsets in rotating thematic exhibits; it has drawn between 1,000 and 1,500 daily visitors, validating the company’s long-term leasing plan.
3. $650M Financing for Blacks Creek Solar Facility
rPlus Energies arranged over $650 million in debt and tax equity commitments to construct the 400 MWac/520 MWdc Blacks Creek solar plant in Ada County, Idaho, through facilities led by Santander and KeyBanc.
4. Solar Facility to Power Meta’s Idaho Data Center
Upon commercial operation, the Blacks Creek plant will deliver renewable electricity to Idaho Power’s grid to meet Meta’s energy needs for its Kuna data center, enhancing cost management and sustainability.
