Meta Secures $21bn CoreWeave AI Cloud Deal, Investor Boosts Stake 20.4%

Meta has agreed to a $21bn deal with CoreWeave to secure dedicated AI cloud capacity through December 2032, adding to its $35bn total commitments and leveraging Nvidia’s Vera Rubin platform for inference workloads. Separately, Balboa Wealth Partners increased its stake by 20.4%, adding 3,037 shares to its holdings.

1. $21bn CoreWeave AI Cloud Partnership

Meta has expanded its relationship with CoreWeave through a $21bn agreement securing dedicated AI cloud infrastructure until December 2032. The deal builds on existing arrangements, taps Nvidia’s Vera Rubin platform for large-scale inference workloads and brings Meta’s total commitments with CoreWeave to $35bn.

2. Stake Increase by Balboa Wealth Partners

During the fourth quarter, Balboa Wealth Partners raised its Meta holdings by 20.4%, acquiring 3,037 additional shares to reach 17,891 shares. This uptick signals growing institutional confidence in Meta’s long-term AI investment strategy.
