1. Meta's 6.6 GW Nuclear PPAs

Meta has executed 20-year power purchase agreements totaling 6.6 GW of nuclear capacity across Oklo’s first recycled-fuel modular reactor and three existing Vistra nuclear stations. Prepayments will fund Oklo’s construction and license-extension upgrades at Vistra sites.

2. Strategic Benefits and Financial Impact

By locking in baseload nuclear supply at predictable rates, Meta aims to stabilize energy costs for its AI data centers while advancing decarbonization goals. Long-term contracts reduce exposure to volatile natural gas and electricity markets, improving forecast accuracy for infrastructure spending.
