GGB•Metalúrgica Gerdau proposed a dividend of R$ 0.16 per ordinary and preferred share, totaling R$ 211.63 million. The proposed credit date is Nov. 10, 2026, with payments starting Dec. 16.
1. Dividend proposal
The executive board met on Oct. 23, 2026, and forwarded the proposal to the board of directors. The payout would advance the mandatory minimum annual dividend, with the total to be recalculated based on shares outstanding on the credit date. Directors also reviewed interim financial information for the period ended Sept. 30, 2026, and submitted it for consideration.
