Sept. 22 (Reuters) - Metal Sky Star Acquisition Corp MSSAF.PK said it plans to liquidate after failing to complete a business combination by Oct. 4, 2026.

Public shareholders are expected to receive $16.41 per share on Oct. 2, 2026.

The company said there will be no liquidating distributions for company rights and redeemable warrants.
