Metatek signs long-term aircraft services deal with Bridger Aerospace for three planes
BAER•Metatek signed a long-term agreement with Bridger Aerospace for services involving three Basler BT-67 aircraft supporting global geophysical surveys. The first aircraft is expected in the second half of 2027, with the other two delivered over the following three years.
1. Aircraft services agreement
Bridger Aerospace will modify, operate and maintain the three aircraft. Each aircraft has an initial five-year term, automatically renewable for another five years unless either party gives timely notice.
2. Fees and delivery schedule
The agreement includes modification fees, fixed monthly availability fees and flight-hour charges tied to minimum utilization commitments. Metatek is targeting 70% operational utilization without expanding its internal aviation operations.
