Mexco Energy announces annual shareholder meeting

Mexco Energy’s annual shareholder meeting is scheduled for Sept. 8, 2026 in Midland, Texas.

Shareholders will vote to elect five directors to one-year terms.

Agenda items include ratifying Weaver and Tidwell as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.

Investors will also vote on the amended and restated 2019 employee incentive stock plan, including a higher share authorization of 468,500 shares.

A non-binding advisory vote on executive compensation is also on the ballot.
