MEXICO CITY, Sept. 8 (Reuters) - Mexico's finance ministry projects economic growth of between 1.5% and 2.5% in 2027, while forecasting a budget deficit of 3.9% of gross domestic product (GDP), Mexico Finance Minister Edgar Amador said on Tuesday.
