Mexico’s data-center sector has 46 operational and 11 planned facilities, with Ascenty (Digital Realty) ranked second behind ODATA’s 40% share of IT power in Queretaro and Bajio. Brazil’s pipeline includes 34 upcoming projects adding 2.8 GW by 2029, ranking Ascenty among the top four operators as white-floor capacity doubles to 10.75 million sq ft.
