MGM Resorts, BetMGM Renew Multi-Year MLB Gaming, Resort and Betting Agreements
MGM•MGM Resorts and BetMGM renewed multi-year agreements as MLB’s Official Gaming & Sports Betting Partner and exclusive Integrated Resort & Casino Partner. The deals cover MLB Awards Week development in Las Vegas, co-branded casino games on BetMGM Casino and digital wagering promotions across MLB’s U.S. and Canada platforms.
1. Partnership Renewal Terms
MGM Resorts and its joint venture BetMGM secured multi-year extensions as Major League Baseball’s Official Gaming & Sports Betting Partner and exclusive Integrated Resort & Casino Partner. These renewals maintain a relationship that began in 2018 and reinforce long-term collaboration on sports betting, hospitality and casino integration.
2. MGM Resorts’ Role and Activations
Under the agreements, MGM Resorts will continue to spearhead MLB Awards Week in Las Vegas and other marquee baseball events at its destinations. The partnership leverages resort amenities to host fan experiences and hospitality packages featuring baseball stars and league-crafted activations.
3. BetMGM’s Marketing and Gaming Integration
BetMGM will promote its brand and sports wagering offerings across MLB Network, MLB.com and the league’s digital platforms in the U.S. and Canada. It will also develop and offer co-branded MLB-themed casino games on the BetMGM Casino platform and integrate betting tools into MLB’s Apple TV content.
4. Responsible Gaming and Team Partnerships
The companies will uphold responsible gaming through the GameSense program and BetMGM’s digital tools, alongside an anti-athlete harassment policy to protect integrity. MGM Resorts and BetMGM also maintain relationships with numerous MLB clubs, including the Yankees, Dodgers and Red Sox, to drive regional engagement.
