M/I Homes opens new model home at GreenPointe's Turnleaf community in Punta Gorda
MHO•M/I Homes will hold the grand opening of its Amelia model at Turnleaf in Punta Gorda, Florida, on Oct. 24. Its five home designs range from approximately 2,002 to more than 2,500 square feet and are priced from the $300s.

GreenPointe Holdings announced that M/I Homes' Amelia model at Turnleaf in Punta Gorda, Florida, will have its grand opening on Oct. 24. M/I Homes offers five home designs at the community, ranging from approximately 2,002 to more than 2,500 square feet and priced from the $300s.
2. Community amenities
Turnleaf homes are priced from the $300s to $600s across five builders, with move-in-ready homes available. Amenities are under construction, including The Branch, a 2.5-acre campus featuring a pool, fitness center and sports courts.
